Arica Lubin

As Education Lead, Arica Lubin is creating an innovative, impactful and inclusive professional training environment for trainees, faculty and industry partners affiliated with ExFAB. As an Associate Director of CSEP at UCSB, Dr. Lubin oversees scholarly and career preparation for undergraduates, graduate students, and postdoctoral scholars in science and engineering. She has collaborated within UCSB and nationwide on projects to both broaden diversity in science through undergraduate early research and scholarship programs and help trainees prepare for successful and gratifying careers through professional skill development initiatives. She received her Ph.D. in Biochemistry at UCSB.
