Goal:

Design and validate PhenoTypic, a high throughput phenotyping analysis pipeline for microbial libraries, starting with Rhodotorula isolates. 

Impact: New open source analysis pipeline for microbial array growth, morphology, and color measurements. Established a core analysis pipeline for high-throughout microbial phenotyping at ExFAB
