Tecan Fluent 780 liquid handler with integrated UV/Vis Plate reader, Liconic incubator and Hettich Centrifuge. UV/Vis plate reader can read absorbance from 200-1000nm and fluorescence. The Liconic incubator has a temperature range of 4C-70C and can hold 20 deepwell plates and 44 microplates. The Hettich centrifuge can hold up to 16 microplates/ 4 deepwell plates, reach temperatures from -20C to 40C and has a max RPM/RCF of 6200/6446
